Our goal is to provide Austin with the freshest Thai food and ingredients. We will try our best to support local farmers and businesses.
In the deli case, you will find Thai foods that are made with ingredients found locally. All of our meats are from Texas. We use Buddy's natural chicken. Our pork are from Peach Creek Farm . Their hogs are all registered Berkshire and are raised in an open barn that allow the pigs to stay out of the harsh weather during the winter and out of the sun during the Texas summer. Our beef are all grassfed from Bastrop Cattle Company. We use as much seasonal and local vegetables as much as we can.
We have a cozy dining area where you can eat in and relax or you can take you food home in our reusable containers. Bring them back and we will give you $0.25 refund.
Cooking classes are small and hands on. You will get to participate in the cooking. There are open sessions for questions that you may have both about the dishes taught in that class or about Thai cooking in general. Check our schedules and sign up.
Our groceries will include items that are used in Thai cooking. You will be able to buy everything that we use in our food. In addition, we will carryfresh produce and meat from local farmers and from our own garden. Let's get cooking!
