Our cooking classes are small and hands on. You will get to participate in the cooking. There are open sessions for questions that you may have both about the dishes taught in that class or about Thai cooking in general. We are offering wines that pair well with Thai food at our cafe adjacent to the restaurant. Happy hour is from 4 pm - 7 pm with half off wines by the bottle and $1 off premium draft beers. So get there early to get the happy hour price.

How to sign up:

Check the schedules and email us at class@thai-fresh.com to register for classes. Please give us the following information:

1. Name(s) of participant(s)

2. Phone number

3. Three (or more) prefered dates in order of preference.

4. Payment information (credit card, gift certificate, coupon, groupon). If using groupon, please include groupon's number below the bar code.

5. If using credit card, please call us at 512 494 6436 to pay on the phone or pay by cash, check or credit card in store three days after confirmation email from Thai Fresh.

Classes usually fill up 4-6 weeks in advance especially Thai Favorites or weekend classes. Emails are answered in the order in which they are received and classes are filled up on a first come first serve basis. Please avoid calling the restaurant to book the class but if you need to call, please do so before 11 am or after 8 pm. Emails can take up to 3 days to reply. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Class registration must be received with the payment in full via check postmarked 3 days in advance of class, pay in cash in the store or call the store to provide credit card number. If you have bought or received gift certificate or gift card from thrid party, please bring the certificate to class on class day or email the certificate number when signing up.

Thai Fresh reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or demonstrator illness. Arrangements for refunds will be made promptly by telephone.

On the day of class, please first go around the store to find parking in the back (the alley behind Chas Architect on S.Fifth St.), at Chas Architect (corner of s. 5th and W.Mary) or on the north side of w.Mary St. before parking in the front as we have limited parking for customers. Leftovers are not guaranteed but feel free to bring some to go containers in case there are some leftovers so you can take them home. Looking forward to meeting all the Thai food aficionados.

Cancellation Policy:

Class fees are non-refundable. We appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations. Cancellations must be made no later than 3 business days before the date of your class, in order to maintain a class credit. Failure to do so means forfeiture of your class fee or your coupon/groupon. If arrangements are made before the deadline, students may transfer fees, as a credit, to another class (subject to availability).
